Restocking our styles depends on its demand and availability of raw materials in the local market: If the style is frequently asked about, we will be restocking it within a few weeks. If not, you can pick a similar style using the ‘search’ feature.

We ship to one address in one delivery, although you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.

Our delivery duration is 1-7 business days. With a flat delivery charge rate of Rs.300. Please note there will be delays due to inevitable weather conditions such as rain. Kindly keep cash ready to avoid any inconveniences. Courier will call you prior to delivery hence stay reachable at the given numbers.

Any purchase you make will not be eligible to exchange after 3 days. In order to exchange, the bag should be in its original condition.
Note: We do not accept returns, we only provide an exchange.
